Shipping policy

All products are shipped at the doorstep of the customer. The order takes about 2 days on an average to be processed at our end and then 2-5 days to be delivered. Purchases made by a single customer for delivery at different locations are treated as separate orders. Once the order is shipped you will receive tracking details via email/SMS. You can track the order on the website using  these details.

Delivery is free of charge for all our customers, all across India for all orders above INR 500.

We will send an automated email once the payment has been processed that your order has been placed with us. However, the contract to purchase is not complete till you receive an email from us notifying that the goods have been dispatched.

 

You can track the status of the order at “My Order” and monitor the progress of the transaction.
