Filli&Me is a brand created by parentsof two kids, for all the parents and children out there.
Shikha and Vishal, co-founders in this journey, both thoroughly enjoy parenting (even the hard parts!)
In the early years, when a child slowly steps out of the comfort of their home, be it a daycare or kindergarten, their world expands dramatically. From vocabulary and motor skills to emotional development, everything seems to evolve at lightning speed, filling parents with anxieties and worries they have never felt before. These are the times when parents, need trustworthy sources that assure them that their children are well taken care of and children, need companions that can walk with them.

As parents of two young children, Shikha and Vishal understood the challenges and anxieties that come with sending a child to school for the first time. They embarked on a mission to understand the needs of parents across the country by speaking to over 100 parents in different cities.
In these conversations, they found an echo of their own anxieties:
Am I doing the best for my child?
The separation from my child from home to school.
Is my child taken care of?
What can I do to comfort them?
This is where the idea for a school bag came in. The one thing you can send with your child as they go into the world away from you. How can we make this the best experience? How can we give them all that they need, to feel safe and to be able to carry the warmth of home? How can we make sure they have fun through it all?
It is with this idea that 'Filli&Me' was created. A trustworthy companion for our children in their early years.

A child's body, emotional development, and daily needs evolve rapidly during their early years. That's where the Hugbags from Filli&Me come in.
Thoughtfully designed for three key age groups - 2 to 4 years (preschool), 4 to 6 years (nursery & kindergarten), and 6 to 7 years (early primary) - these bags grow alongside your child in both functionality and creativity. Every bag is carefully sized for the child's age, compartmentalised for their everyday essentials, and enhanced with playful, age-appropriate elements.
The signature soft and lightweight harness system is ergonomically crafted to sit comfortably on tiny shoulders while gently hugging the child around the waist. This unique design ensures a snug, secure fit, prevents the bag from slipping or snagging, and allows children to move freely and confidently through their day away from home.

As parents, Shikha and Vishal wanted to create a character that could offer children the same comfort and security they experience at home. Filli, our Indian ginger cat, was born from this desire.
She is a wise, mischievous, and always witty friend who could be a constant presence in our children's lives. Filli's playful nature and adventurous spirit can help your child feel safe and secure in new environments. Whether they're starting at a new school or exploring an unfamiliar park, Filli is a comforting companion that helps them navigate unfamiliar territory.
